Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and withdraw from the contract.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as when you received it

  • show no signs of wear or use

  • have all original tags attached

  • be in its original packaging, if applicable

A receipt or other proof of purchase (for example your order confirmation e-mail) is required.

Once your return request is submitted, we will:

  • let you know whether your return is approved or rejected

  • if approved, send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package

This is our fulfillment warehouse address and not a physical customer service location.
We only accept returns sent by courier or postal service.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • you receive the wrong item

This allows us to assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution in line with applicable consumer regulations (such as an exchange, repair or refund).

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • personalised or custom-made products

  • gift cards

  • items clearly marked as sale or final-sale and non-returnable

If you are unsure whether a specific item can be returned, please contact us before placing your order or sending a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to:

  1. return the item you originally purchased

  2. place a new order for the desired item once your return has been accepted

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right as a consumer to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • the item must be in an unchanged condition

  • it must not have been used

  • all tags and original packaging must be intact

  • you must provide proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  1. notify you by e-mail whether your refund has been approved or rejected

  2. if approved, issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
